Literary magazines
Literary magazines are judged on many different criteria. Literary magazines should contain clever, unpretentious and occasionally moving pieces.

Readability is important - don't trade readability for glitz.

Short stories should have a clear, well-organized narrative with a minimum of clichés. Dialogue should be believable.

Poetry should have a cooperation of striking images and memorable, musical language.

Entries must be postmarked by March 24 to be considered for awards!
